How is asian server players are so bad?

Like, i dont understand it, all you have to do is to have a functioning brain, how is it so hard?

Example 1: my reinhard holds his shield WHOLE game. end match with 0 damage
Example 2: enemy team has widowmaker and ashe we cant do anything about because their tank is good at placing shields. Our tank plays roadhog and hamster.

I know, but its so damn hard to have even slightly competent teammates.
Its not like on EU server, where you'll be blamed for you sticking to a hero that doesn't suit enemy line up, or you doing silly stuff.
Here on asian server you can wipe 4 enemy team players solo, die, leaving only half dead enemy tank on the point. Guess what 4 of your weall and alive teammates would be doing?
They'd fall back and wait for you to respawn. Again, thats when your team is already at match point and the only person preventing them from doing anything is a half dead tank.

Its just so stupid, and i know that average overwatch players aren't exactly smart, but this is just next level stupid.
And the problem with this server is that its pretty something you will see every single match.

I've been trying to play overwatch for a few months after moving here from EU, and it was just unplayable due to these people.

This time i only downloaded the game to see if it was truly my internet being bad (for cs2, and no, it wasn't) and just within 2 matches i was reminded why this game is unplayable in this region.
Another funny thing is I've had a random European teammate who seemingly recently moved here and were also scratching their head as to wtf our teammates are doing.
And funny thing is it seems these 2 matches I've played were high plat games
