OP if blizzard dont want to release content to earn like trading cards or even badges to upgrade related to overwatch or even emoticons or frames
what do you think they will release a port to SDK
or aleast a tool system to create content.

it would be a miracle if that special stuff happens

Thats a bit different, because clips captured from steam could be used to promote their game if they are being shared around and upload to sites like youtube or tiktok, which is something blizzard would like to have (free advertising)
