EDIT: Now that I think about it, if you're at 0 OW Coins, then they perfectly designed it to require you to buy $30 worth of coins, because if you bought those two packs you'd only be at 2700 coins. What the hell? $30 for a single skin, and then they put the pack of them all up for $50 and call it a deal. In regards to buying one skin... yeah it's a steal... but realistically I can't believe they're charging $30 for a single skin, that's highway robbery.
This is Steam. For 30 bucks you could buy 6 entire games instead.
