I switched to steam the moment they released it and its very smooth. If you already run steam daily on your computer, you dont need to have battlenet app at all after swapping to steam, which is another w for me.
Steam has packages for coins and also packages every season for the new season pass. Those may be cheaper depending on what region you're in.
How many coins it costs for items does not change.
Yep. If you don't use the shop to buy fancy skins or the upgraded battlepasses, then there's no difference.
They were fine for me when I transferred over. However, one patch recently about a month or two ago reset all my settings which was annoying af. Not sure if it was Steam related though.
Wasn't it's same price because this game ask you on usd spicifc price.
The only thing you can't get with them is stuff like pink Mercy that can't be bought with Overwatch coins or credits
