You are aware you can target teammates... and enemies... right? I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't even played Juno or read her abilities. Yes, locking onto all but 2 players in the lobby is hard but you just need some decent luck and it'll happen

The Pixel spray isn't that hard to do. Just use Ult during team fights and eventually you get it. Cute I will admit is neigh impossible...but as you can see, doable. It's almost 100% luck, with the remaining being positioning. I managed to get it when the other team was basically 100% brawl and I waited on higher ground for the team fight initiation then glide boosted over the fight and let it rip.
