Refund for purchasing the wrong bundle

I wanted a different coin pack, i made i mistake and bought the wrong one, I contacted blizzard and they said is doable but since i bought it on steam i have to make a ticket here, but theres no option, do anyone know if theres a way?

I mean you could of just show proof of purchase, and blizzard can credit you those bonus coins. Could be simple as that.

Nothing, blizzard just trying to pass the blame onto valve.. so they can deny the refund and valve takes the blame for it..

Doordash does the exact same thing..

Agree, games can be refunded on steam easy because it's easy to revoke a license. Mtx is a new can of worms. OP did purchase the wrong bundle. Can't 100% agree on blizz or steam taking the blame. But having 4 different coins bundle, one with more bonus then the other at same price is misleading.
