Best tank/support for soloq?

I know it obv depends on what your team comp and enemy team comp is but what would be the "safest" picks when it comes to tank and support, something that will hopefully win you majority of games and help you climb faster?

I feel like Sigma and Kiri are the safest picks, you cant really go wrong with either.

-Zarya (unbreakable tank who create bubble barriers to increase her damage)

-Kiriko (aleast kitsune rush and ofuda are still nerfed to the ground)
-Lucio (best choice, wall ride, Sound barrier, Sound wave)
