it is 100% ok to throw matches if your teammates are awful
I do not feel any kind of guilt throwing matches where my team cant even stop the payload/push it or cap a single point.

why would you throw when you can try hard and learn to carry and become a better player
you shouldn't be playing competitive games if you have a weak competitive mindset and your first reaction is to tilt and throw because someone is not playing up to your standards

you do realize if someone is significantly higher ranked they would also think your gameplay is inadequate, should they be given a pass to throw too?
it comes down to the flawed rank/ matchmaking system. As "that guy" always says in here it rewards players that are not good and punishes the good ones to the bone. The rank system is a joke and until it isn't a joke I will keep laughing while I throw.

This is not a quality competitive game- if you want competition go play a real sport like I do. There is a very good reason why OWL investors lost every single dime.
why waste your time on the game then, ranked is not broken you just need to win more to rank up

Throwing games is a perfectly legitimate form of protest against bad game design.
Just don't make it obvious haha but I feel that. I mean are you even throwing if you're losing no matter what? You're just losing and not trying vs losing and trying.

when your team is awful throwing with battle mercy is best. it will save your time and you can go next match fast.

You could use it as an opportunity to get better instead of pouting like a toddler, but to each their own.

You're the problem. I hope you know that, I know you know that, and that's all I have to say. Cuz I know you'll pull another excuse to use against what I just said.

so instead of maybe trying to communicate and help your teammates understand what they need to do your just gonna throw sounds like a way to just make the game worse IMO

The issue is the matchmaking. Instead of striving for a match full of peers it aims for 50/50 win/loss rate.

Is it a fun idea having to so often teach your random teammates how to play the game?

Depends.

If we all do well but just can't win, that's a fair loss.
Dumb dumb healer/s really annoy me.
They'll play the harder to use healers, be actual trash then complain. Had it a few times yesterday, luckily we had Mercy to save us...
hi friends 24 abr. 2024 às 2:57
if anything i have learned from lol, other players who throws intentionally or vote immediate surrender usually do not know if the match is actually winnable at all

it is the best way to get out of the loosers queue and hope for the next game to be better matched.
