Probably not, if you missed out on any collab event like OPM, LE SSERAFIM, Diablo, etc. then your chances of getting those skins ever again is next to none.

the lego bastion skin from years ago has never come back, but the diablo sombra demon hunter did

Diablo skins you have a decent chance of picking up whenever since they're in house IP.

But the others we'll have to see, so far things like the OPM collab skins haven't come back, so they might not.

The Diablo skins are different for a number of reasons which make them likely to come back unlike the others.

They're cross promotional, when we see an expansion pack for Diablo, chances are they'll make a skin for the new classes whatever they happen to be, and when that happens it's likely the rest of the skins come back for that time.

They also came with the Diablo Halloween Event, which was one of the most fun events with the mode that has a decent chance of returning annually for Halloween, which again is a chance for the skins to come back.

All speculation, but just like how the Demon Hunter Sombra skin eventually came back with the rest of the Diablo skins, it makes sense.

True, you do make a point though isn't the Demon Hunter Sombra that came back just a recolour? They wanted Demon Hunter to remain "exclusive" but still giving new players a chance to get something like the original. It makes me wonder if they'll end up doing the same with the Diablo skins with recolouring them for a rerun.

No because Blizzard hates money. Their skin shop is probably one of the worst I've seen. Hate on Fortnite all you want, but at least it refreshes daily and has way more of a selection to buy at cheaper prices.
