Moira is actually meddling compared to other heroes. Outside of pumping pure heals, she doesn't provide anything else other supports can't do or any form of specialization.

I like her healing orbs or throwing damage into the middle of enemy teams. It also requires her to deal damage to rejuvenate healing abilities which helps with the support idea, it’s never ever good to heal-bot.

This season is incredibly good for Moira at the moment and she's generally a very niche pick due to her lack of utility and only either healing or dealing dps. I do appreciate a good Moira because she can make an impact on the game, it's actually quite fun nanoing her or dps amping her when she ults.
