I'm pretty sure TF2 has more than 1 developer, either way that game has been neglected for a long time and is still pretty much a dead game. Coming onto OW forums and making TF2 your personality isn't going to save it, so again you should really just be more productive with your time instead of hatewatching these forums.

the chat in thier inside of themselves really hate it and well in consecuence abuse it to win more matches, plus the autohealing to every hero making the matches a complete mess.
support autohealing has sense but every hero has autohealing?

in conclusion: seeing your hero ending worse and worse is like watching a car crash in slowmotion every "Update" to your alive game is another deep wound in them.

oh ffs even illari and her solar rifle can handle the broken hitboxes to her favour and even her Pylon and her ULTIMATE attack can be useful when we refer to defend a zone from the enemies.
you really only find model accurate hitboxes in tac shooters but those games are not projectile focused
mercy's blaster has always had a big hitbox, they made it slightly bigger, doubt anybody is complaining about dying to mercy's blaster, it only does 20 damage, you need to get hit 12 times if you are at range you can just dodge the slow moving projectiles
quake arena shooter is different than you say.
-They give you a big arsenal to defend yourself and frag other enemies in the lobbies (Grenade Launcher, Railgun, RL, Thunderbolt, one barrel shotgun, etc etc also grapple too)
Also the main abilities there is the function of the weapons and the different things to do also the perks can make you powerful but at the same time punishes you for not using in the right way the perks

°other perks and powerups can reward you and punish you too
meanwhile in overwatch you need to defend with the few weapons of your hero choice, the abilities and ultimates can make the difference but at the same time punishing less giving you an autowin if you perform faster than the enemy (there exceptions Lucio Soundbarrier, Ashe B.0.B, Nano Boost can make a lot of combos, Illari captive sun, Sojourn overclock it need a good aim to blast them without be killed, Sigma gravity flux, Widowmaker Infrasight to find the enemy team and neutralize them, Reinhardt Earthshatter to start a teamfight with a AOE stun and win time to attack, Zarya Gravity surge to chains all the enemies and destroy them in a certain place of the map) the rest of the abilities are good like Molter core destructive but understandable bc is a Area of Effect in the floor can be countered but them we have Sombra EMP, Cage Fight Mauga, Whole Hog roadhog and many others who is literally a autowin if press Q more faster than the enemy.
Also in Quake the hitboxes remain clean and squarely, perfectly balanced for every player who wants to play a match.

you cant even see the video or even try to open overwatch 2 and watch how the hitboxes increased to the point can make a headshot in 5 spaces away from the head.

These are videos of people cheating, the reason they can hit headshots that are 5 spaces off is a combination of hitbox size and latency, the cheating software is not human. Someone rage hacking in tf2 will also look this way.
If you want tight hitboxes, you won't find them in games inspired by arena shooters. The hitboxes in these games are intentionally larger to accommodate player movement and latency.
The hitboxes in Quake are also like this, but it doesn't matter because everyone is zooming around the map at high speeds. For Quake Champions, they initially experimented with model-accurate hitboxes but switched to using several large capsules around the limbs of the characters, similar to Overwatch. Quakelive has essentially just one large capsule that doesn't account for gaps in the character model. In quake 3 it was a giant box around the character and it was that way in quakelive before they changed it.

Also I don't know what you are saying about needing to use an ult to counter torbs ult, you can just not step on it, all of the ults have counter play, you have to track what abilities can shutdown your ult or make sure that hero is out of the fight.
