I AM BANNED PERMANENTLY FOR DEFENDING MYSELF KINDLY

Hello, good evening I am making this post to share with you my frustration with what has become Overwatch and how this crazy person completely blizzards his community. On March 31 at 10am I was once again unfairly and definitively banned for just having said "cancer player" and defending myself against racists and people who insulted me for free. I had my account suspended very shortly before this for the same reason. Insults from toxic players towards me and my friends who then insult us and I am the only one who got banned for this insignificant thing. I have never been banned before from Overwatch 1 or 2 before this year when I got a wave of bans and without any real explanation. Blizzard without royally crazy about the community and the rights of the players even having never cheated never been harmful or lack of respect towards anyone I still managed to get banned permanently. I have several times sent a ticket to this famous support to manage bots but this always earned me the same response "you have not respected the conditions of use" Oh good? no details regarding the ban or the message that earned me this ban, no nothing! For Blizzard they are always right and he never reverses the decision, no real person with a heart who responds to the ticket they don't give a damn. I spent a lot of time on this incredible game and put a lot of money unfortunately managed by a fraudulent company towards these players. Underlined that this is the only game on which I have been banned from my life like that. I won't go into more detail about the way it works which tells people not to communicate on Overwatch. You can get banned for any totally ridiculous reason, but there are things to say. I hope one day to get unbanned in the meantime this fraudulent game is over for me. Just ignore it or respond without insulting the other party, even if they insulted you, report them and move on.

I have big doubts too but hey it's a turn that Overwatch is taking I have the impression. And many people like me are very quickly forgotten and permanently banned just for defending themselves in this kind of case.

Ah my debut was the same, I never speak about this game. But on all other games I've never had any problems like this, plus I tell myself that I'm in a competitive game so I have to communicate with the players on the game in progress, nothing too bad. that's what makes the charm I don't want to be a robot like blizzard

Who are you to give advice like that? I am kind to you, be at least respectful, reread my post and then respond intelligently. I don't say "toxic" to anyone for free! I defend myself because I am insulted and I experience racism! and when I find the same people two games later I have to defend myself a little. I am a human and this does not deserve a permanent ban there is another way you do not take into consideration everything I said so do not comment in the future

I've been playing since the creation of Overwatch. Do you think I didn't take the time to report? I always reported it but after a while it doesn't seem to work since I always find the same players. I am human and I obviously get angry with these people. But overwatch/blizzard does everything to ensure that a player gets banned

I can understand except that I am a player I don't really agree with your opinion regarding the contextual chat it's a game that needs to be communicated but unfortunately far too many toxic players insulting even for free. Except that as a human and a player getting banned for free I can't let this pass I put money in this account before I invested a lot of time and without response and real explanation of the part of blizzard this big ♥♥♥♥ company

I have never been gratuitously insulting and I know that it is up to you to believe it or not from a general point of view it remains definitely an abuse of ban on a competitive game even on several occasions for the same reason . I'm not the only one in this situation. If it amuse you to defend blizzard I just invite you to get the opinions of the players in general concerning the support bans and so on, find out before writing your comment and wishing misfortune to others. I also invite you to look at the Overwatch 2 note on Steam, it takes 2 seconds to give you a taste of why people are complaining about it

I already played Gigantic when it came out. Marvel rival looks really good hoping they put a slap in the face of overwatch. But it's a question of principle I have once again invested a lot of money and time in my Overwatch account since its beginnings to have it banned for free like that in the blink of an eye it's very frustrating and I don't plan on let me do it
