Error code

OK, so I'm trying to start up overwatch, but every time I try, it will always pop up with an error code 9B702CBD-E3AB-4BCF-A46B-CC009A53FD97, I try to look it up, however I got nothing concrete, I try uninstalling and reinstalling, scan and repair, update my computer, and still nothing, does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this, because my other friends don't have this issue and their playing on it like nothing wrong. this started as soon as season 10 dropped by the way.

Same exact problem here and same with my friends not experiencing it at all. I even uninstalled on steam and downloaded on blizzard and same thing, game just insta-crashes.

Same problem when the season 10 was updated. I dont know when they fix it

try to update your driver software to the latest version. i use AMD and have to update from ver. 23.7 to 24.1. many have this issue, and updating their driver software seems to solve the problem

im not gonna risk updating the driver since AMD known for ruining the pc after updating (6600 series)

i just found out that you wont get the error code if you play it on battle net

If you both have AMD GPU's, update the drivers. If not this is not a valid solution but appears to be working for people.

Also that is not the error code, that is actually the diagnostics code they use for blizzards report.

I always meet error after updating the game both on steam and Battle.net
