Why get mad at teammates for not playing who you want?

Just got out of a Push match where a teammate ranted at me all game for playing Sombra and 'not contributing to the team'. I got just as many kills as he did and crippled their backline constantly, but he was mad because he couldn't play around their Sombra (despite him being Soldier and with the team constantly)

People just take their rage out anyway they can just report em and ignore what they say. If they don't like people playing what they want they could play mystery heroes where no one gets to pick.

i agree playing what you want is fun. just don't get why teammates have to be awful

this is OW2, so many babies whines here and there. ignore them and pick other hero and enjoy the game

I get that it’s just a game and everything but ofc I’m gonna get a little titled in a comp match bcuz our hog wants to go 0 -15 against their Orisa,reaper,zen,Ana comp bcuz he’s too stubborn to swap off

lmao sometimes that's so true, had a match where enemy team screamed "noob sombra" when their sombra was literally only one who was being useful (and that is not looking at stats)

this topic doesn't have clear answer.

when your healers and tank getting destroyed by Pharah and your DPS are Mei and Torb and they don't want to switch? they have to switch it's their duty to switch yes it's not their choice not to switch they have to switch or they need to stop playing team based game.

but if someone want you to switch for no reason, then feel free to ignore that toxic player who need to switch from their room to outside and touch some grass.

ok unrelated topic but why do people say Hog matches poorly into Orisa? Like, Tank on Tank, Hog has the bulk and sustain to survive Orisa's rotations, and can get hook displacements/kills on enemies. I'm in Gold 3 as Tank and play a ton of Mauga, but switch to Hog whenever they run Orisa, and it generally works out

bro i can say is every team you meet probably you have a luck getting good teammates.or sometimes you may lose a lot. healer always did nothing or the dps suck. i can say is i hate some people choose dps but deal less damage even i use tank can deal more than them

you reminded me in the early league of legends years, wherei was just choosing champion and autolocking, nowadays you can do that anyawy since there is no lobby, much better this way
