Is Venture a weak heroe?

I noticed that before, with the release of new heroes, it was really hard to get to pick them (you just had to be really quick to lock them) . With Venture I barely had the inconveniance and (to be honest) the desire to play.

Is Venture Weak? Boring? Needs buffs?

Ah overwatch community never changes. Some people complain venture is OP, and some complain venture is weak.

She's ridiculously overpowered. I have no idea how people don't see that. She has everything. She may have short range, but her mobility more than makes up for it. Her damage is insane, she has splash on her projectiles, her abilities give her shields, her cooldowns are incredibly generous, she can literally just pop out underneath you, do a ♥♥♥♥ ton of damage, and get away, and if 3-4 people aren't on top of it, she's probably not gonna get punished. She's ridiculous.

She needs some kind of counterplay to her whens he's underground. There's nothing. You cannot affect her, she even shakes of DoTs. That's just dumb. It is the dumbest get-out-of-jail-free card Overwatch has ever had.

Thats exactly why they are dominating in lower/mid ranks and getting played by (almost)no one in higher ranks.

No, her kit is insane, it was (still even after patch) crazy powerful regarding damage, and the capacity to disengage and nullify any debuff makes her broken as hell, even her melee es absurdly strong, right click -> melee nearly half of an enemy health gone, plus burrow charged attack and boom enemy gone if somebody does still survive her primary finish the job and the short range is no excuse since it does have splash damage even when the projectile does not connect (like sigma), as for the counters you mention: ana can sleep and after that deny heal but again burrow nullifies that and she can go away, brig can stun but her mobility help her escape from the flail, zen can help with discord but that wont save him because of his hp and low mobility and lucio can... push her back? but again right click and you are back at him ready to melee drill and splash damage, i only agree with with you on the cassidy scenario, but that is only if he have good aim and can time correctly the sticky bomb, so in short it IS an absurdly broken character that brake the flow of the matches and does not provide any incentive for players to improve their skill, no wonder they had to portray her as an "inclusive" character, at this point blizzard is just desperate for bring anyone into playing a game (to buy their super overpriced goodies) that failed because of their bad decisions and greed... well you reap what you sow as they say.

she is trash unless you have another DPS farming dmg and you simi-flank low HP targer, sometimes you can give space to your team by scare the enemy but not commit all abilities at once unless it was the perfect time

ego can't be in same line with venture "ult" lmao, simply one of ez-est ult to counter you just have high ground or stay behind wall shield , more than half of roster have "passive" climbing or ability to simi-fly or go high ground even a mercy can deal with venture ult.

cringe? maybe less way cringe than someone complain about low ravage ult, at least better no dva one shot whole squad i guess.

also counter ult like louci exit and I dont need to learn to type if I can type with 3-4 languages kek, the learning depending when im gona to live, ok ?

mauga isn't that great unless for 1vs1 tank, the issue with him is you need to counter "outside" the tank. he doesn't have even a shield so most support like zhen and ana can get a lot of value with help with one dps ,even a pocketed mercy work
