(Blizzards attitude toward customers not me)
This was and is a common thing on OW/OW2, this happens when they find a bug or a problem with a skin that could break the game or that needs to be optimized, like at the begin of OW2 one of the DVA skins from the OWL have a "starts" VFX that was disabled because was causing some performance issues, after a couple of days the skins was normal again, just wait.
I dont understand your response... what part of what I said was "buy it again". I said just wait because that is what happen, there are other post on this forum of users reporting this issue and after a couple of days they reply back saying that the skin is back on their inventory, its just a thing that they do to fix or change something on the skin without causing issues or preventing the game to crash.
Actually I have the same problem since OW2 launched, none of the skins that are gone returned to my account.
