I thoght I was the only one! I play with an epic quality 4k and can hit an average of 125 fps. After the last update my fps went down to around 80 fps and sometimes less. The only solution that worked for me was setting it to 2k instead of 4k. Man I was worried about my new graphics card thinking it was defected or something.

last update completelly broke game performances for many players, but blizzard isn't saying anything and prefers to redirect peoples to "basic troubleshooting"

Hanging out in the practice range and letting the shaders build. When they're done my GPU and CPU utilization drop to single digits (0% - 9%). Is this what you guys are seeing? Just upgraded my setup and was hoping it wasn't something I messed up. Haven't gotten to test other games so it might just be OW's issue lol

apparently its a known issue for blizzard but its in the hands of AMD

That always happens after an update (or reinstall). Just play a match or two in quickplay and it will go away. Shader related it seems.

his problem has nothing to do with this, and the problem is not in the drivers, because before a certain game update everything was fine. Also, around February, the game began to have various problems: at first, the game on certain maps (games) lagged. Now (topicstarter problem if I understood it correctly) after the update in the middle of the previous season + - if you turn on presentmon, you can see severe drawdowns in Displayed FPS, while the game shows stable FPS. And for any smart people, I’ll say it again, this started after the next update of the game...

This has nothing to do with his problem, if you don’t know better keep quiet...

Cool that you know exactly what OP's problem is and how to solve it. You take the wheel from here on out captain.
