Any Talk on the Mythic skins and shop?

So I know you play the game in the previous season and slowly work on unlocking the skins stuff without pay in the past. But now with shop and only way to get Mercy's new skin is through either pass or pay $50 to just buy enough for a level 1 unlock.

So I went for the less payment option by the pass, and got Mercy, but now that I have her, is there any way to unlock the other stuff? Like challenges or from BP leveling, or do I have to use the mythic points in the pass to unlock the rest of her stuff?

Use the points from the premium bp, that's enough to fully unlock a mythic

Guess I should have expected that of Blizzard.... I be better off in City of Heroes, since it was revived an all.

Whats the point of grinding battlepass
Asides to get the legendary n epic skins and the other stuff
Tbh 10 dolars to get past mythic is fine for the people who dont sacrified time and patience in the previos season.

Yeah here is the thing. To atleast get started on a Mythic skin, you need 50 Mythic points. just for a lvl 1 of those skins. said points only come in a 3 options and still more pricy than the gold coins.

The 10 dollar battle passes and Mythic skins basically work the same as earlier. The real benefit of the new system for the player is that you can now decide for yourself which Mythic skin and which customization level you actually want when advancing through the battle pass. Not all players like all Mythic skins equally or even play the Heroes that already got their Mythic skin.

Of course the main benefit for Blizzard with the Mythic shop is that they can now offer all those skins to whales who have no trouble paying big bucks to get those skins immediately.
