nope. otherwise game would be 99% bots playing and reselling stuff.

If u dont mind losing some money... and time...

Buy a 12$ Counter Strike 2 skin on market, like a "SSG 08 | Dragonfire (Field-Tested)" (thats 12.5$ but u can place a buy order for a bit less).
Wait 7 days to trade it with ur friend.
He can sell it back for 12$ (getting 10$ cz steam fees), and buy the OW coins/BP..

If u dont want to wait that 7 days... u can just gift him the "Overwatch 2 - Invasion Bundle" (he gets 1k coins to buy the BP), but thats 15$
