What hacks/cheats are there (besides the obvious aimbot sometimes)?

Basically the title. A lot of stuff just hasn't been making sense since the update. Not getting killcams for plays that should make it obvious. Seeing enemy heals keep others alive while mine somehow doesn't when there's a 1v1 going on even though I clearly made it in time to save them. Just got killed by a Genji where I grabbed the health drop, saw my health go back up and got one shot. Kill cam showed HE got it when I very clearly did and he was at quarter health. I feel like I'm going insane but I'm literally seeing this crap happen live. So I'm trying to understand if this is on Blizzard or hackers (or a combo of the two).

It's as easy as implementing a good anti-cheat. Instead of just an account ban, make it an IP ban. Or better yet, go further and make them literally pay to be able to play again by forcing a ban that can only be bypassed by buying a new CPU. That's what would stop the sweatlords.

That's 3 combo can be done within 1 sec
the one I was mentioning is 4+ combo macro which is done within .5 second its insane have experienced it myself macro with external software is cheating that's how the cheating is done most likely OP experienced that

Ah yeah there's definitely been times I felt like there was a trigger bot and know for a fact there's been people with aimbots. I've never been super competitive so I avoid that mode but it seems it's still pretty common in unranked too. It's a shame and it's pathetic. I just hope Blizzzard cleans this up because I love the game and surprisingly (most of) the community.

That genji is abusing an combo macro exploit that can insta most squishy heros to 0 in 1 second
Combo is left click shuriken + dash + either meele attack or the normal right click wide shuriken of course all within 1 sec

Health Dropped to 0 because you can't survive 300-450 damage as squishy hero with the 4+ exploit combo damage don't forget other enemies are also shooting you as well so that adds extra damage obviously it would look like that

what combo do you mean? Dash, RMB (headshots), melee does 250+ instantly, do you mean you RMB/LMB, DASH, RMB/LMB, MELEE? because adding a mouse click before the combo happens a lot out side of the combo anyways because you are usually shooting target for poke damage during the neutral
