McCree's grenade is now genuinely useless.

It hinders for like .5 seconds, has no range, and has a 12 second cooldown. It's trash. There is no reason to play him now.

That's literally it though. It doesn't do anything against Venture, Genji, Moira, etc.

I think it's incredibly inconsistent, the range is terrible, and the actual effect is just garbage. Nearly useless against anyone but Rein.
