same with your existance. ho would give a fk ?
support que has been the longest for the past few months because they have been pretty op and popular but this patch nerfed them so more people are picking dps back up the the que is evening out
quickplay flex que has always been pretty much instant tho
Because of how unenjoyable the state of competitive mode is in, a lot of people just play QP over it and it's usually factors like toxicity, string of bad rigged matches and just not wanting to lose their placement. I've played in QP games where players treat it as if it's competitive like backseating or telling you to switch and when you tell them it's only QP their excuse is always something along the lines of not wanting to play comp because of so and so.
I've seen whole threads of conspiracy theorist on here who claim the game doesn't have enough players so blizzard is using bots to fill lobbies.
also people who have ADHD love this game due to how overstimulating it is.
For me its dead, and they've tried everything:
The problems of this game still persists, and the elephant in the room is you CAN'T carry games Even as TANK! which is supposedly the strongest role in the game.
you can play your damn best, sweat profusely and still lose. Winning feels like nothing(no amount of plays of the game, Endorsement systems, on fire, or w/e bs will fix this) and losing feels the worst.
if your tank dies, you team falls like dominoes cause theres nobody to create space, if your DPS dies, your team will lack pressure, and if your support dies, the team draughts out cause no heals, they cannot fix this, its the way this game is designed ever since ow1.
the game is over-stimulating, i cant play this game for more than 2 hours without having a migrane, everything from its design, to erradic movement, to the necessity of playing faster than you can think.
Playing defensive/healbot supports is extremely unrewarding. you literally have to pick supports that kill stuff (zennyatta or lucio), to even have a CHANCE of having impact in the game.
Swaperwatch yes i said it, beeing forced to switch cause you are hard-countered and beeing forced to play something you dont like, because if you dont you LOSE, is bad game design. This is specially true as tank. if you dont play at least 5 different tanks minimum on ranked, you are prone to get countered- cornucopia
The whole community of this game is also has a lot of misdirected rage and toxicity, its gotten so bad that people are disabling text chat/voice chat by default. to either escape toxicity or to avoid random bans themselves.
We're at season 9, None of these problems will be fixed, because they CAN'T be fixed, nor since ow1, not now on OW2.
This game is garbage, it's dead,it cannot be fixed, the only players playing this crap is Sunk cost fallacy tryhards , and 16 year old kids on monster energy drinks that can't move on.
and this time theres no Boogie man Bobby Kotick To shift blame.
As someone who genuinely has a professional medical diagnosis of ADHD, I have no idea what you're talking about. Overwatch is FAR less "overstimulating" than the likes of TF2. Sure I pay more attention to myself than what my teammates are doing, but you only have 5 players per team, roles are well defined, you don't have to worry about endless loadout combinations, and objectives are simple and highlighted.
That's a BAD thing? lmao
it is. no matter how good you are, if you have a weak link on your team, and he keeps getting picked, you can't carry their dead weight to victory. this is specially true if the "weak link" is a tank or a support.
There is a reason when i play flank DPS, i get a massive hard-on when i see mercy players, cause i know by default, that they are the weakest link, and if their team dosen't babysit her, i know for a fact that killing her will snowball the game to victory.
huh you can carry look at any unranked to gm video...
99.9% of the playerbase is not "awkward".
This guy gets it
