This happening in gold - plat. Sometimes even get 2 full teams filled with derankers, why aren't these people getting banned

That just how bad the matchamking is, people that are really awful in a match should de-rank faster to not drag good players with them to undeserved ranks.

If your team is filled with people who could be bots against people who are significantly better than you guys, it means all 5 of you are above a 50% winrate, and the other super good team was below it. The game is using you as win fodder for them. That's how this game matchmakes. The fact that its in comp doesn't matter.

they definitely are deranking on purpose they just run out of spawn as to not get kicked and stand there, and repeat this the whole match, its not that its just bad players its a guy running 4 alts deranking them to probably sell to people who want smurfs

if they were just bad players it would be fine, but what i mean by bots its like they are on an automated path to just run out of spawn to not get kicked. e.g they sometimes get stuck on walls and just run in place, dont ever shoot etc...

i have never seen these bots myself if i had to guess they prob drop straight to the bottom and someone sells them for like $10-$20 as bronze ready comp accounts for smurfs to buy

ya I saw one of these bots before. It was stuck in a corner doing inappropriate things to himself. I think it was a junkrat if my recollection serves me correctly.

There's not enough players to fill a comp match, what do you want them to do? Just allow a comp match with less than ten players? That wouldn't be fair.

Had just one at the start of the season. Honestly i assumed they fixed it but i guess not. Last season was miserable. I had loads of bots games and decided to leave some of them and got suspended for 1 hr plenty of times.

I wished they added more avoid slots.

they have like 30k-40k daily players on steam alone, never seen this game go below 20k at any moment

i don't think everyone is just playing quickplay, you can report them, some people just want to derank/throw

i just got one derank bot in team and the game had the nerves to say it was a reversal. (favored but lost)
