Huge fps jumps - game unplayable

I played overwatch for 160 hours before on this exact same laptop and on low settings I had stable 60fps all the time and no lag whatsoever but after reinstalling windows I can't play it, when I spawn i get 60fps and then the further to the action I go i go to 30fps and then even to 4 and can't do anything. I already updated my graphic driver and all the intel ones. For example I can play Dead By Daylight which is much more needing game in 50-60fps with no lag. Is there any logs or something in overwatch I could provide to see whats going on? I also did all the window scans and I have no files or anything missing it's only in this one game.

Lock your fps at 60 then turn vsync off. See if that helps.

Try disabling "Reduce buffering" option, it's kinda bugged and can cause stuttering after minimizing the game, that's game-specific recommendation.

Then there's general tips: use fullscreen mode (not borderless), make sure your FPS is capped at refresh rate (prevents overheating and throttling back).

Are you using nVidia reflex?I usually keep it on most games that offer it as it will help with responsiveness

But the sudden performance lose happened from one day to another, like I know I run an old low end laptop as someone stated there "ur pc trash" but I ran it at 60stable fps you know, But you saying you face same issues on new hardware is crazy!! Did the stuttering start randomly after the update for you?

havent managed to fix it yet so for now its uninstalled, wish i could help :/
