I tested. It's horrible.
Play 400 rank matches as a Tank, 130 matches as DPS and 130 as support. IT NEVER GOT ANY BETTER. I'm force to lose 3-4 matches in a row, then back to the top, then lose, then top, then lose constantly, then winning row. It makes me vomit.
I agree about ONE SIDED matches. It's frustrating and people denied the match is unbalance.
After all the up and downs I had. I'm still Endoursment level 4. I got trashed HARD. What is worth it??, hell no. And I don't see why level 1 can still talk or why do I get pair with pre-made teammates when I play solo.
I'm gonna play quickplay casually until next season. But for what I see *leak skins* I don't see a reason to stick around. I used to love Overwatch. PRIDE MONTH didn't have any in-game event. Porsche DVA didn't have a racing event or anything. And this keeps going. They try to sell a Mei Skin for 300 coins (3 bucks), testing if people like 70% off deals. WHAT THE ACTUAL *F* (this is very LOW)
We lose Blizzcon for this. I miss the red guy t-shirt.
Nah, insanity is using a matchmaking system that's basically designed to make rigged matches. Then expect people to try, especially when the matchmaking basically punishes you for actually doing so..
I mean I'll have a 50% win rate either way, so what's it matter if I try or not?.
If you want people to actually try you have to provide them some incentive or reward for doing so.
Instead of making them feel like they are being punished for preforming well.. which Is exactly what this system does to those players
So if matchmaking punishes me for trying and doing well. You only get punished for doing things your not supposed to do.. so clearly blizzard doesnt want me to try or preform well. So I stopped..
My matchmaking experience has improved since I stopped trying too.. so clearly I'm doing what I'm supposed to be now
For them the benefit is that it makes you an addict.

Overwatch 2 Retail Patch Notes – May 14, 2024"
Only when you have a weak understanding of the game..
I was calling this crap out a week after launch. Everyone was calling me a troll and a conspiracy theorist..
The "rigging" back then was far less obvious than it has become today..
Ngl I will throw a match im hard carrying just to spite the matchmaking system...
It's not because I hate those dramatically weaker teammates, but because I want to encourage them to learn and grow though failure, instead of relying on the matchmaking system i forcing stronger players to carry them..
People need to learn to play smarter...
you definitely think you are that kid from death note
What do you mean with fruit?
That's also a big reason why you shouldn't be toxic to your teammates though its really not their fault if they aren't as good as the enemy teams DPS or tank or whoever the game is literally rigging the odds against your team. So getting mad at them won't help the situation.
Yeah I remember that for the majority of OW1 you could climb, slowly but you could if you used certain metas, here with this system is impossible and yeah this probably started happening at the end of OW1 life cycle when it was dying.n
