Anyone else get the Ultimate battle pass bundle and still haven't recieved it?
So I was looking into this a little bit, and most of the other stuff I've been finding says "oh you'll get it about 6 hours after purchase", well here I am almost 24 hours later, no coins, no skins, no battle pass. what is my best course of action going forward?

Just checking in on this thread again. I logged in just now to check and still nothing. It's been a full 72 hours at this point.
I finally got a reply 3 days later on my ticket. They told me to restart my game and make sure my steam is connected to my OW account and then marked the ticked as answered! Useless support

That's awful, Hope I don't get the same treatment. The bundle was just under 1/5th of my paycheck, so I can't afford to purchase it again.

I'm gonna login again in about 30 mins, cuz then exactly 3 days will have gone by, and if nothing i'll probably cry.

I bought it via steam and got it as soon as I logged on.
I wonder if it's because I got my from the steam overlay, so I was technically in game when I bought it. I doubt that's the case, but if so that's pretty annoying.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I bought it outside of the game then logged on, but I'm not 100% on that

took em 3 days to get to my ticket, so thankfully I'm getting some help now. In theory I'll have my stuff one way or another within a day.

LMK what happens pls, they had replied to my ticket over 24 hours ago not being helpful at all so post an update pls with what happens

well they said reopen the ticket and show proof of purchase if i don't get my stuff within 24 hours (they also refreshed my account). Nothing since then, i'll update you at some point tomorrow. If I don't have it tonight before I go to bed I'll probably attach the proof of purchase and reply (I go to bed fairly late)

it's been 5 days total for me so far, I got some coins to test if it was an issue with the overlay (I usually don't use the overlay), and I got the coins just fine, so idk.
I've now opened a ticket as well, If I get anywhere with that I'll update everyone

I got it on March 8, it's been almost four days. they responded to my ticket today, two days after I opened it, ignoring my entire appeal about the fact that I had ALREADY followed all their recommendations and it did not help, suggesting to do it again, and adding that "if it did not help, then send a receipt for further investigation."

It is very strange that they do not make a global announcement about the "bug" as in February (and this is assuming that in February people waited up to 24 hours, and some of us here have been waiting for more than three days, and they do not consider that this requires announcement)

It ruined the impression terribly :\ I hope we all get what paid for, it's just disgusting work on the part of blizzard, starting from the service and ending with technical support.
