Anyone else get the Ultimate battle pass bundle and still haven't recieved it?

So I was looking into this a little bit, and most of the other stuff I've been finding says "oh you'll get it about 6 hours after purchase", well here I am almost 24 hours later, no coins, no skins, no battle pass. what is my best course of action going forward?

Yeah same here, I bought it yesterday and still nothing. I've tried just about every fix and even posted on blizzard forms.

I bought it via steam and got it as soon as I logged on.

I found something about launching it thru bnet, it shouldn't show then, but when u relaunch steam it should be set, i'm testing the theory. I'll let you know if it works.

as of this moment in time, Nope. They say it can take between 2-48 hours to get ur stuff though, and i'll have hit that 48 hour mark in about 4 hours. But it's weird cuz every other ultimate bundle i've gotten thru steam has taken at longest 2 hrs to go through.

You’ll have to submit a ticket and wait for it to cycle through the system. They are answered in the order that they are received, so you’ll just need to have some patience.

Or you can do live chat/phone call from 12pm-3pm PDT usually but on work days only tho. If it's still grayed out it's because all the lines are busy.

Of course I tried, but they don't respond, it's been a long time now, and for active support 24/7 it seems absurd to me that in 3 days I still have to receive a single response.

Same, I also bought s7 and s8 via steam, however, no problems, this is the first time i've had an issue. Even today I was able to buy coins for a skin I wanted, but I still don't have my pass from almost 2 days ago.
