If it's bad for you, statistically, it's also equally bad to the other team. Some matches it's gonna be worse for you, others, it's bad for the other team. STATISTICALLY, the more you play the less any individual bad match will matter overall.
I mean this is just kinda common sense. You haven't been cursed with worse matchmaking than everyone else.
Yes. Let me explain.
The Soft reset, also introduce a losing and winning streak. In this current season I already lose 16 times in a row. Thankfully I stop playing Rank and went Quickplay. Then it change drastically, winning 3 games in a row and so.
My advice. Go quickplay. It's not your fault. Let it pass. I got plenty POTG. I use the mic to communicate, people endorse me and the best part, I already complete the Season Pass very fast, got a bunch of emotes, victory pose with the in-game free currenty. Take the best of it. The matchmaking is just messing with you. I took a break, play other games, did my duties in real life, but I keep losing bad. All I can tell is, be nice to you and to people online. If you get the chance, make friends, play rank with a full team but remember, you can't win every match, it's natural. If you lose 3 games, go quickplay, don't be fresh meat, you're better, you want to rank up, you will. Best of Luck.
Probably the best answer I've seen on this discussion other than stop blaming your teammates which is not what I'm saying. As a overwatch player who plays ranked a lot and I bet so many people feel the same, team mates and there actions is such a critical part of the game. What they do in certain situations, what they say, what abilitys they use, timing their ultimates. It all MATTERS. So when I say, is it me or do I have bad luck when it comes to team mates, I think I'm in my right to say that.
This comment is very helpful, however, I also do think one of the main reasons is dps passive. It's so hard to play tank currently and it's quite frustrating when the heals aren't as good as what they used to be due to dps being buffed massively.
Also, I'm not saying I am perfect since I am not. I sometimes make poor decisions or go a tank hero for too long which isn't benefiting the team.
Like I said, I was top 500 on console for tank for a brief period of days. Coming to PC and playing ranked is totally different, it's a whole different game. To me, Diamond console is like Plat pc or even gold? The skill gap is so crazy and I guess I just need to learn and adapt to this despite tank being horrible to play this season.
