PC Crash corrupts gpu drivers and now OW is unplayable

Hey there! Recently ran into a problem.
I was playing OW with my friends and suddenly my PC crashes, couldnt do anything + the screen goes black (some features still running, i could hear the sound of the game and the voices of my friends on Discord).
When i restart my PC, the display of the screen is messed up (a waaay lower resolution) and im not able to set it back to normal, theres no bigger resolution on the display configuration. Tried to open the AMD software and it says “No AMD graphics driver is installed”, so i had to reinstall the drivers. Everythings good until I tried to play an overwatch game and realizes the games has an insane stuttering everytime something happens in game (like, when someone uses an ability, which happens almost every second).
I have tried everything, dont know what else I should try.
I tried:

Reinstall Overwatch
Reinstall Steam
DDU for complete drivers removal and reinstallation
Using CMD commands for cleaning and reparation.

My specs are very low end, but it never were a problem when playing

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
Asus Prime A320M-K
2x8GB RAM 3200mhz (Patriot Viper Steel)
Windows 10 Pro

Sounds like you need a new graphics card

AMDs latest drivers have been unstable. Lucky if that's the problem, driver level and not hardware.
Think the last stable driver was 23.11.1 which people experiencing issues rollback to. Could try that and pray your igpu isn't borked.

U fixed ur problem? I have same after psu is dead, now i can play 1-3 minutes before screen goes black and gpu fans goes to 100% speed

How to fix this problem. Use Nvidia GPU's instead. AMD is probably only good for CPU's

It's just a proven fact that AMD has many issues with many modern games because they are the lower budget and lower quality brand lol.
