Battle Pass not reflected.

I purchased the most expensive bundle of Battle Pass but it is not reflected.
What kind of scam is this, where only money is paid and the product is not available?

log-out log back in. only day 1 of the season. nothing new. you will get it eventually. Consider how many purchases is going through for it today.there is bound to be some issues. but you will get it, had the same a few seasons back.

I've logged in and logged out 5 times and tried clearing the cache from steam settings. It still doesn't work.
Are you saying that because someone else made so many purchases, it's ok for me to just take the money and not give me the product?

There could either be a issue through steam or blizzard themselves. Doesn't seem to be happening to people on bnet so that's all I can tell you. Definitely isn't a scam though. They should work it out. But honestly this isn't the only game to have issues. People who play ESO or FFXIV for example recommend just buying from the source as steam stuff gets wonky often. This game may be no different.
