... Overwatch competitive does not have map pool, the map pool is for the OWCS that is played through FACEIT
Map pools've been removed since season 4. 10 months or so ago. Its nothing brand new that just dropped. There is no map pool, its every eligible map that can appear in Quick and Competitive. If you hate the "map pool" in this context, then you just hate all the maps at this point.
And 6v6 isn't coming back. Everyone dealt with double shields for 3 years, and I ain't going back to that. If you really think 6v6 is any better than the current state of 5v5 right now, it is absolutely not.
I am talking about the new map modes like arena and robot push. They have been added to the map pool, since ow2. I dislike this kind of rounds, they are heavily one sided and no fun.
I FELL YOU. I'm dissapointed.
if your brain says no, then it is not 6vs6 problem, changing 6vs6 was just their way to fix/bandaid the problem.
it was a specific tank role issue that blizzard thought making only one huge shield tank per team limitation is either bad or too complicated idea or something, so they just solved it by halving the slot and make everything basically tanky dps.
it probably solved that "people wanted to play dps and not sup and tank so queue time are long as hell for dps" issues too, so win-win for blizzard... now they just had to make sup as much as dps-y as possible...
