Are Jade weapons availble only through to 2024?

My understanding is that there will be new variants every year, and the jade will go away at the end of the year. Then whatever competitive points for 2024 are leftover will go towards legacy points, which can be used for gold guns. However, I wouldn't be surprised if at some point they add jade skins to the legacy pool.
