My characters are doing blackface??

Hey all, so my characters are turning black and my graphics are becoming blurry when I move my mouse, i just installed the game because i heard about a cowboy bebop collab, is there any fix to this

If anyone else is still looking for a fix for this, it's reportedly caused by setting shadow quality to "ultra" and setting it to medium should fix it!
