is the matchmaking that unbalanced?

it's very hard to win against other team that are ridiculously gud, mainly unranked match, are there any alternates modes that can work so i can complete a challenge to unlock one hero

The matchmaker forces a 50% W/L ratio. If you are above 50%, it puts you against the highest MMR people currently searching for a match, if you are below it, it puts you against the lowest MMR people currently searching.

You essentially just gotta fly through the forced losses as fast as you can and make sure to complete the objectives on the forced win matches.

Juego hace 8 años y el compañero de arriba tiene toda la razón del mundo. Por aquí lo llamamos ELOCONTROL y quien tiene muchos años en el juego lo conoce. Sin contar que ahora hay mas cheaters por volverse free to play y eso balanceara aún mas el matchmaking.
