people over-report and the ban system sucks

so like 3 weeks ago i got my account suspended for "toxicity," which blizzard never specified what I did until I actually asked them for my chat logs, what I said was pretty tame, mostly just curse words and telling someone to stfu. now this makes sense as its not my first offense (i got a 2 week mute last season) and I could have filtered myself a little more. So my 2 week suspension ends, I don't say anything in game chat besides gg or occasionally joking around with other people in chat out of fear of getting banned again. Guess what happens a week later? I get a suspension for a MONTH, at 4 am? I sent a support ticket asking for my chat logs but blizzard hasn't responded yet. My last suspension was from chat logs from 2 games, both were quick play. This time I literally have no idea, the only thing I can recall is when I was playing comp with a one trick dva who sucked and she blamed me (as a support) for not getting enough kills (was playing lifeweaver) then I told her these exact words "don't one trick dva if you suck at her," so I wouldn't be surprised if she reported me but how many people actually have to report me to get banned from ♥♥♥♥ like this? I think she was with a duo but my whole team agreed that the dva was horrible. If your curious heres the chat logs from the last ban I had:

bro its like if i curse i get banned now im pretty sure if i breathe that can ban me too, ive been seeing so many people complain about the same thing

The point is that people report you. There is not an automated system that does it. The automated side, is after the people have reported you. There is no human reasoning behind the bans or suspensions.

Literally just got hit with the same thing this morning at 3am, 2 week suspension and when I ask what the reason is, I get hit with a "code of conduct" article link in the email/response and an "answered ticket" confirmation like alright blizzard. I ran into a bot lobby in comp yesterday and unfortunately had to sit through it, so I assume that was the reason, but again, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wont give me an actual reason.

In other words, you got bullied into a corner by 9 people and you are the only one with this outcome.
Because the rest reported you, while at the same time saying far more horrifying stuff. But because you got one report for each member of both teams, because they allied against you. They had multiple reports, so you get the hit.
