all of them definantly overshine lucio, except for zen, thats cause they are a bit too good, wich is why supports need to be A tier characters, and why lucio is a well designed hero

lucio doesnt need to be the best, no support should be the best, thats why lucio is the best, because hes good but not so good hes overpowered.

Lucio is one of the only balanced supports left. The rest have been buffed through the roof. There is a reason queue times for support in both unranked and comp are the longest. Everyone plays the OP role.
