shop items not working is a steam issue not blizzard
This happens with tons of games where it wont detect bought content right away. Dont make my mistake, buy through the website or the blizzard app and it will work.

bought 2 battle passes through steam and it's been fine so far, if i had to guess maybe if you buy it day one the servers choke up?
