absolute trash matchmaking ,i usually play support , here I matched with absolute trash players who didnt even know the meaning of group up , being noob isnt a crime , but why a noob player being matched with me when my stats is , avg/10min ,heal 9k+,damage 5k+, ,in some matches I lose after 19k HEAL ,15K DAMAGE , This is almost every match of me , when a player doing good , cant he even deserve a good teammate , afterall support players were as good as their team ,my performance as a support not best but its above average by every standard , then why this terrible players being matched with me , Did this game trying to balace teams by putting terrible dps with good support

Wrong again. The only thing that matters is the forced 50% W/L ratio. You can test this yourself by playing comp until you get your mandatory 4-5 winstreak, then as soon as you lose, going to quickplay and finishing out the remaining 4 losses for the loss streak, then returning to comp and you will go on another 4-5 winstreak.

Rank does not matter or have any impact on anything regarding matchmaking. All that matters is forcing you to maintain that 50% W/L ratio using streaks that have been proven by extensive psychological studies that provide the best chance of getting players to spend money after consistent wins, but keeping them from quitting after consistent losses.

That never happens to me in comp lmfao, matches are more balanced than anywhere else in comp. Not even my w/l is that low, keep coping tho this is very funny to read.

If they were to say this then the game contradicts what blizz says since before you click on the quick play button it will say it will start matchmaking based around your skill level.

It's not quite that. They are half truthing .

That estimated SR in COMP can have people of multiple ranks and tiers gathered together. They balance by an overall number.

When MAtchmaking in quick play they'll match you with players of similar skill in your role. The overall sr value of each team will remain similar.

All this stuff is hidden, so it can be hard to precisely define, but essentially putting 2 gold tanks against each other and giving them both bronze healers is blizzards idea of balance.

On top of that they'll take winrate into account . Sometimes they'll put some bronzes up against a team of silvers and give them a gold guy to balance it out because that gold guy is on a hot streak.

That's WHY they hide these things. Quickplay People would be outraged if they saw some of the tanks that dive them are diamond and above.

They even removed player level and profile banners because it reflected an easy way to make a skill comparison between teams at a glance.

Hero levels is interesting because it doesn't show your badge until the game is over, and only for the winning team.

I've seen top 500 people in my QP games and I'm high Gold.

You could learn how to diversify your language so you could say anything else besides mald everytime you post. I remember being young and figuring out a little naughty word and I’d go ham with it too.

You should educate yourself on how it works. Game doesn’t give you any relevant information on your incoming teammates just they are “players within your skill level” vague as hell. It could be a top 500 overwatch pro who didn’t play for seasons or they intentionally lost to get down in mmr to troll new players. Smurfing was rampant in OW1. It’s not a flawless system by any means.
