Account suspended

I've checked my email and my account got suspended for 14 days, so i can't play. I don't know the reason (email says: violation of the behavior). I've never wrote any bad words, insults, discrimination etc. Even when sometimes players got mad for loosing, insulting my mother and the rest of the team, i've never wrote anything back. How is even possible? What can I do?

The only possible reason that comes to mind is the fact that I reported 10 insulting messages from a user who yesterday attacked one of our healers. Has the system blocked me for too many reports? Should I report a single message and not every single one? Maybe I didn't quite understand how the reporting system works then but man, 14 days without the game?

Sounds like an addiction. I have had to turn off all comms. I think it is the only way to avoid being banned. I think everyone has been banned at some point including me. It is a blessing- it may even force you to find other things to do and realize this game is bs anyways especially since OWL is dead. Try out tf2..it is much better.

It had already happened to me two months ago that I was suspended for two weeks (in the chat and not in the game). It had happened because I had told someone to better think of his mother and not mine; because he had insulted my mother. In that case, even though I didn't think it was right, I still accepted the suspension and learned to avoid baiters. But in this case I don't consider it correct because I had nothing to do with it.

Plus I work, study and go to the gym every day. Overwatch is a hobby for me, so I don't see why I should give it up because of a system error.

I think I will disable the game chat from now on and will no longer report any player with nicknames that violate the rules or that insult others, because I see that I only end up paying for this kind of altruism.

Yeah, I've never spent even a single euro on this game. I've always played for free just for fun.
