Keep shadows on medium at least so you can see dudes around a corner.
Turn off fsr.
Make sure the resolution drop-down list is set to the right refresh rate. It defaults to 60hz a lot for like... No reason.
I personally like to set the fps to 600 so my PC can generate as many frames as possible- and then let gsync hold it with my 144hz monitor, but I've heard some people like to lock the frame rate to their monitor's refresh rate and turn on vsync instead .
I like the improved input latency of high frames. I can't see them, but the game is still running them.
Anti-Aliasing is a personal choice- I won't judge you if you smash smaa on everything.
