The system has put me in 3 end matches, so i've quit because what's the point of playing an almost end match, like 40m away from the end (pushing map) or 75% of round 3 control point? So the system gave me a penality: -75% of exp for 4 matches. Now the server crashed and I got the penality for eleven matches. Server has crashed again and I got for 15 matches, 22hours away from the new season. This is not the first time, even when i'm playing end matches. I don't have so much free time, I don't wanna spend half of an hour with end matches and I don't wanna play 15 matches because you have bad servers.

I bought all the 6 battle passes and would have done the same for this seventh season, including some skins, but at this point I think I will uninstall the game. I don't have the time or desire to get angry because of an American company.

UNRANKED LEAVER PENALTIES

75% XP penalty removed.
The penalty thresholds have not changed, but the mechanics have also never been completely explained. The last 20 games played a player participated in are recorded. Leaving four of these 20 games activates the first penalty threshold. Leaving six of these 20 games activates the second penalty threshold.
Queuing for most game modes is now suspended when a player leaves a match inside a penalty threshold.
Players that reach the first penalty threshold will be suspended for 10 minutes.
Players that reach the second penalty threshold will be suspended for 30 minutes.
The queue suspension will reapply each time a player leaves a game when they are above the first penalty threshold but not when they complete their games.
Consecutive Match XP bonus has been renamed to Endurance Bonus.
Endurance Bonus is XP granted when finishing matches without leaving the previous match.

Then we will have long queue times and then ABK would finally announce Overwatch 3. A critically acclaimed franchise. Everyone cheers and claps.

The new leaver penalty as well as the changes to respawn timers in QP are changes that will ultimately cause even more problems...

It's nothing more than blizzard desperately trying to mitigate the ever worsening problems born from their marketing tool matchmaking system, which they refuse to abandon..

The new leaver penalty isn't going to stop the leaver problem, it may reduce it but will quickly be replaced with a troll and throwers..

Ultimately the new penalty will backfire spectacularly.. as many of those players who would have left now will begin to troll and throw. Resulting in those people crying about leavers. Moving on to crying about how they are forced to play with trolls and leavers or take a punishment.

Personally I find it to be quite karmatic.. they whined and cried, got what they wanted, now there going to be the ones suffering for it..

That sucks, i sometimes leave qp matches because Blizzard forgets south america exist and sometimes i get in a match hosted in NA with 180ms ping instead of the usual 10ms in a SA server (you can check by pressing ctrl+shift+n in-game).

you'll get hit with leaver penalties if you disconnect or crash for any reason too, just wanna put it out there.
