Here is the truth. Anyone who plays as Zarya are cheaters because their laser cannon kills enemies in an instant and it's not fair. They do cheat and I have proof. No Zarya players ever died is unacceptable.

I've barely played tank since overwatch 1.

Got on a game last night to see what would happen, and I had to swap zarya because they did... and I won.

I've barely even used her. Very easy character.

lmao... As a 200 hp Hanzo main. It's a you issue. They don't cheat. And her laser is only good if you hit her shield. 3 headshots and she's dead. Shield has a short timer. 2nd shield sucks. But still it's not that bad. It's pretty weak when not powered up.

You want cheaters. Genji scripts. They only activate when directly targeted by a projectile.
When you've fought enough of them. You can tell who's skilled and who's just a bot.
Genji's weakest moment is during his jumps. There is a moment he can't get out of the shot. Unless he dashes.
I know the timing of the deflect so only deflect cancel genji's will beat me.
And when Genji's dash at you there is a moment you can head shot them before they can do another move.

Love fighting genji's.

That or you're trying to farm.

Long range heroes i guess? She has a short range, but usually people go winston, widow, zen

she has 0 “hard” counters, her only pseudo counter is winston & that’s only if his whole team coordinates with him and dive, so really nothing.


just another braindead low effort/ high reward character that overwatch favors so much . you could also just mirror if you can get past how boring she is to play as but mirroring isn’t always the best idea because of team composition

plenty of ways to counter zarya, one way is pure dps and headshots, the other is anti nade, another is mirror/orisa/rein, you could also not feed bubbles and she will hover 30% charge which is not that insane.

everything you said can apply to other tanks besides not shooting her bubble which is a waste of time & terrible , because now she’s attacking you and being healed at the same time while you wait for her bubble spamming to stop spamming .

there’s no downside to not shooting her bubble because shes safe and getting healed , she still ain’t dying which is a problem . she may have counters like every other character does , but it affects her the least & she HARD counters other characters . you would think pharah or bastion or junkrat would be hard counters , but nah that’s even better for her .

terribly designed character , low effort high reward for minimal brain cell usage as possible & all bad tanks run to her or orisa.

only way to truly effectively counter zarya is to kill her team first & that’s not even real countering because who tf doesn’t die without their team ?

Zarya's damage is the least of her issues. Even at full charge she can't do that much to anybody with more than 200 base health
