Anyone else noticed this bug?

So i've noticed this bug only recently though i did reset my control settings to default so this may have something to do with it but if you setup a custom communication wheel sometimes usually after dying a few times in qp it will still show everything you changed in each wheel position but selecting them acts as if you were selecting the ones from the default settings.
