Can't change sensitivity to desired numbers

Hi there, whenever i try to change my sensitivity to something like 8.333 or 8.33 or even 8.3 it don't work either in hero sensitivity or all characters it seem to work only when you drag the circle icon and change it to around 8.50 values and around... is there a way to change that maybe from config file settings or something like that? I checked the Document config file but it didn't have sensitivity settings.

I usually type the sensitivity I want then hit the enter key to save it.
