Fix the matchmaking system
I don't get how i can lose 15 games in a row over the course of 3 hours and still get the most horrid tanks and dps imaginable. Enemy dps is always targeting me as support and im just sitting here watching my widow feed her ass off. Every match ends the same way. I get 5 - 10k healing and 2 - 5k dmg while our dps are sitting at 2 - 4k dmg and going 4 -14. I literally have to sweat my ass off every match just to have a chance of winning. Im constantly playing against top 500 and GM while my team has Gold and plat in QP LOBBYS. I constantly get doom-throwers who just think they have god mode or something. If i peek for even 1 second to heal my tank whose way too far in, I die. I just dont get how i can have the least amount of deaths the highest damage on my team and the most healing in the game and still lose. I play all supports, i don't one trick i think its stupid. If i get a doom or ball i play zen to help them not feed their ass off. etc i play for my team and if i even suggest one of my teammates to switch off the character to help the team they get all pissy and are like "you only have 5k healing thats why im dying." 5k is the top healing in the lobby buddy wth do you want me to do? Im done with this rant im just wondering if anything similar is happening to anyone else. I hope they fix the broken matchmaking system.

Dude, just don't. Competitive is broken af, play it like it is in Unranked or drop it. They won't fix this. They don't seem to care.

Players getting skins and a battlepass is all they need. The game is unbalanced and unfair? HA!

Get a new skin to wash the pain away.

People do play the game. They love it. But most of them play Unranked. Just to have fun. Log in and see how much time it takes to find a game in Unranked v Competitive just for yourself.

Everyone understands that Competitive is absolute chaos.

Just for the record.

You're telling a team to fix the match making system.. that thousands of players asked this same IP maker to do during OW1 (heavily might I add after the release of Brig), and instead of doing it back then to continue the game growing with enjoyment they released statements that they couldn't because they're devoting resources into the PVE that was to be overwatch 2....

I'm starting to think the remaining games community members that are still playing this train wreck don't understand the definition of insanity. :warmage:

They are just proud fans that enjoy the game. Same as proud fans of TF2. Can you blame them? Yes you can, but why. Try argue with Karen. Same here.

And always remember this:
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
So, yes, it's Insanity.

Hating on the rotting cake, but getting another slice of it again and again.

I learned it was insane to expect anything different from Blizzard after Diablo 3. And for a while there I was acting insane. Good thing Blizzard woke me up and taught me after Overwatch 1 this was never going to change for the better.

I have play for HOURS, specially during weekends. I can confirm it's broken.

You win EASY
You lose HARD
You have a super BALANCED match where anyone can win due to mistakes.
You are pair with disconnected players, toxic players, main mercy, main doomfist, people who won't swap heroes while the system pair you with counters. It's a nightmare.

Losing Streaks. WHY DO THEY HAPPEN?, the logic behind that is because the game should be more casual friendly. You play a few matchs and done. If you play a lot you then will start losing constantly. It's terrible.

Guys. let's get real. The matchmaking is broken, but in a different way. It's not about HOW the engine picks players in. It's about WHAT PLAYER BASE or POOL(no matter how you call it) it GOT to work with.

It's not about how the game or competitive is bad. It will always be about how players behave, what they pick, about how they counter, or if they are "high" or not.

The skill issue is also always a thing, but it's only about WHO PLAYS THE GAME. Yes, devs had to wide the range from where you get players fro for you to get into the game. Because some divisions were probably empty.

When OW1 was just released, or course, there were much more players in. Now, in OW2, for example, there are the same players in my games again and again. You can't fix that. All AB games lost and keep loosing player base. The reason to that are all the events happened. Yes, there is always a fan base, but it's not enough. And the fan base mostly play Unranked, because they understand how the Competitive is annoying to play.

What defines a quality online PVP game? Players. Play 10 games and look in chat. This is what you get.

No one wants to sweat and try hard, But each one of them wants to win and be carried to diamond. That's your answer.

Pretty sure you can't program the engine to pick THE WORST ever players in a single team against pro players with 1000 hours. 90% of players are bad that get into your game, but there's always a better tank or a DPS in an enemy team or in yours.

HEY! DID you know ELIMS ARE NOT KILLS??? YUP! You can get an Elimination if you did like 10% of dmg to an enemy. SO, if you see a team where everyone got ~30 Elims with 1-2 deaths for all the team, while your team got a single dps with a 1-2 Elims, it doesn't mean that you have 150 deaths in your team.

The reason to that is not a bad dps. Or a tank. Or a Moira dps. The reason to that is 1-2 better players in an enemy team.

Now.

You have 3 classes. Pick 2 carry heroes from each class and play them for 100+ hours each. Then you will carry yourself to the tops. NEVER PLAY other heroes. And NEVER pick heroes you didn't play in Competitive.

That's it. I know it sound obvious, but lol, they never listen and never care. Maybe you will?

And also learn to counter.
And also learn to counter.
And also learn to counter.
And also learn to counter.
