Why can't I buy Synth Tracer Skin with credits?

I am confused? Is it premium currency only?

And is it like that for all items in shop?

Do those skins that only require credits rotate or change ever or forever fixed? From your experience at least.

The skins in the hero gallery that require legacy credits are fixed (they're all the skins from OW1 basically). The skins in the shop bought with the premium currency rotate out on a weekly basis but most of the skins do come back months down the line. So if you miss buying it the first time there's a decent chance it'll come back to the shop again.

Using "currency" in game shops is scummy. Better to get a straight up price than using their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ currency.

could have it like SOT where you can use either. but then again you can earn the premium currency in that.

There are some skins that can be bought with the free currency, but they're only buyable from the Hero tab.
