How do I find people to team up for compatitive pvp?

Back in the day before the OW2 release there was an feature to find and former a group in-game with any people to chat or to play but without a reason this feature was totally removed.

This was a really good feature and we don't know if it will came back someday. Today you can't find people to team up anymore, maybe if you make friends in the matches or use third party software like discord to find groups.
