I despise that over positivity 'endorsement' thing, its a competitive, challenging game and at least it should show the reality, chat is harsh and some bad players are SO stubborn so they think it's the others fault. making such a system would make them think *a little* that they should improve a bit. but.. well Im just dreaming, Im an utopist

they are afraid of anything which is neutral or negative. they don't think their customers can accept feedback in a form of criticism, because blizzard employees cannot do it themselves, thus projecting their insecurities on others.

Easy fix: positive endorsement should be reserved for the winners only. This way you only get endorsement for winning or being recognised by your peers or foes.

Welfare system has no place in a PVP focused competitive game (which is what ActBlizz made OW2 to be).
