OW only have Aim Assist on console, when you play on crossplay with PC and console all the aim assist is disabled, as far as we know

Even if you play with mouse depending on the server and ping they put you on, the opponent or yourself will feel like you are hitting everything and you have aim assist. It's because of delay and netcode. It becomes obvious some times. And sometimes you lag and stutter and shots come out a bit after the mouse click. Started happening when they launched OW2.
So yes, it has luck based aim assist x)
