Overwatch has been free to play since October of last year. There are no refunds for a free game.

If you bought Overwatch 1 I think we can do a class action against Blizzard and recoup our money since we have no longer access to the original item we bought.

Also, what you mean to refund exactly? The game is free and you need to have a Battle net account.

OW1 players moving to OW2 have most of everything unlocked immediately. You still get your moneys worth. Sort of.

It is... is the same binary file... what you are saying is something like "I dont want to play OW with Ana because I payed for a game without Ana, so bring me release OW or get sued".

No you really can't, how many class action lawsuits are going against devs that have live service games and shut down and people complain they lost money on that.

Go find a lawyer that would take this case. You can't because no one would be that foolish to lose like that.
